Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise of Science from the University of Arizona. Attended Pima Community College and Northern Arizona University
Coaching Experience: Coach Posey is in his second year coaching at Pima after spending 26 years as a high school coach. He spent eight years as a head coach for Flowing Wells and Sunnyside High Schools with a record of 47-38. As an assistant at Sunnyside, his team won the 2003 4A State Championship and was the 2006 5A Division II State Runner-Up.
Playing Experience: He was a three-year starter at wide receiver at Sunnyside High School earning All-City, All-State, Arizona Super 11 and West Coast All-American awards. Coach Posey held the state record with 158 career receptions. He played football for Northern Arizona University in the 1987 and 1988 seasons.
Personal: Engaged to Michele Quintana (three kids: Ryan, Larissa and Gabriela).
