Aztecs men's golf close out third round at NJCAA Championship

The Pima Community College men's golf team sit in 20th place after the third round of play on Thursday at the NJCAA Division I National Championship.

The Aztecs have a three-day total of 975 (312-328-335).

Sophomore Nick St. Clair (Higley HS) posted the best round of the day for the Aztecs as he finished with a seven-over par 79 for the second straight day. He has a total of 239 (81-79-79).

Freshman Cooper Cordova (Mountain View HS) has a score of 246 (75-86-85) while freshman Colton Gage (Cienega HS, 85-77-88) and sophomore Jonah Daniels (Chaparral HS, 73-89-88) each have 250. Freshman Johnny Fiore (Marana HS) has a score of 252 (83-86-83).

The Aztecs will play the final round tomorrow at the Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City, KS.
