Yuki and Flores net goals in Aztecs men's soccer road win at Paradise Valley

The Pima Community College men's soccer team (8-1-2) earned its second shutout victory of the week on Saturday.

The No. 10 ranked Aztecs defeated Paradise Valley Community College 2-0 in Phoenix. The Aztecs swept the regular season meetings and held the Pumas (3-8) scoreless as they won 2-0 in August at the Kino North Grandstand.

Sophomore Tatsuma Yuki put the Aztecs on the board in the 25th minute with an assist from Julian Gaona (Tucson HS). Freshman Ricky Flores (Desert View HS) put in a goal of his own in the 86th minute.

The Aztecs out-shot the Pumas 14-0 for the game.

The Aztecs went 2-0-1 this week as they beat Mesa Community College 1-0 and tied with Arizona Western College 1-1.

The Aztecs will return to Kino North Stadium on Tuesday when they host South Mountain Community College at 7:00 p.m.
