Walden Grove sprinter/hurdler Pinckney signs to Pima

The Pima Community College track & field team signed Jala Pinckney from Walden Grove High School.

Pinckney, a sprinter and hurdler, earned three personal records as a senior. She set a PR in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.39 seconds. She set a personal-best in the 100 meter hurdles at 14.72 and a personal-record in the 300 meter hurdles at 44.98.
