Jumper Anderson signs to Cal Poly Pomona

Pima Community College track & field athlete Ben Anderson (Flagstaff HS) signed his national letter of intent on Wednesday.

Anderson, a jumper, signed to continue his education and collegiate career at Calforinia State Polytechnic University, Pomona, an NCAA Division II school in the California Collegiate Athletic Association.

Anderson took second place in the triple jump at the ACCAC Championships and was named All-ACCAC. He started the indoor season earning four straight first place finishes in the triple jump. He finished fourth in the triple jump at last year's NJCAA Region I Championships.
