The Pima Community College men's basketball team (13-9, 8-6 in ACCAC) played another tight game against Tohono O'odham Community College (5-17, 2-12) on Wednesday as it came down to the final seconds.
Sophomore Yusef Shehata (Amphitheater HS) scored the game-winning layup with 0.2 left on the clock as the Aztecs beat the Jegos 69-68 in Sells, AZ. The Aztecs earned the regular season head-to-head sweep as they beat Tohono O'odham 94-90 at the West Campus in December.
Sophomore Justice Martion had a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds while freshman Kwintin Williams finished with 15 points.
The Aztecs will be back at the West Campus on Saturday when they host Glendale Community College at 4:00 p.m.
