Southern Arizona Golf All-Star Diego Guerrero Signs with Aztecs Men's Golf

The Pima Community College men's golf program added another high profile 2021 recruit from Cienega High School.

• Diego Guerrero signed his letter of intent to play for the Aztecs. He is a two-time All-Southern Arizona Golf All-Star, named by AllSportsTucson.com. Guerrero was named to the first team as a senior and made the second team as a junior. He will join Bobcats teammate Daniel Henely on the 2021-22 Pima squad.
• Guerrero competed in three state championships during his time with the Bobcats and averaged a score of 75 per round as a senior.
• Coach's Quote: "Diego is a very talented golfer and he has a lot of potential. I cannot wait to see him compete at the next level," Pima golf coach Marcus Smith said. "He is going to be a key piece to Pima's success in the near future."
