Hometown: Phoenix, Arizona
Education: Deer Valley High School, Phoenix Arizona (2014-2018); University of Arizona, Tucson Arizona (2018-2022) Coach Smith earned his Bachelor's degree in English. After receiving his bachelors degree, Coach Smith intends on working towards a PhD.
Coaching Experience: Assistant Men’s Golf Coach, Pima Community College (2020); Assistant boys basketball coach, Tucson High Magnet School (2019-2020); Assistant Boy’s Golf Coach, Deer Valley High School (2018-2019); Golf coach, Legend Springs (2016-2018)
Highlights: Coach Smith helped guide the men's golf team to an NJCAA Region I, Division I title in 2022. His golfer Daniel Henely earned NJCAA Division I All-American honors at the NJCAA Division I National Championships.

Personal: In his spare time Coach Smith enjoys listening to music, writing, and traveling.

Our success on the golf course and within the classroom begins with a strong mindset that allows us to do so at a high level. I plan to build a nationally recognized golf program that produces great golfers and even better people.”
