Soccer's Suazo signs to Adams State University

Pima Community College men's soccer player Daniel Suazo (Tucson HS) signed his national letter of intent to continue his collegiate career.

  • Suazo, a sophomore defender, will move on to the NCAA Division II level where he will play at Adams State University in Alamosa, CO.
  • Suazo helped the Aztecs win the program's first NJCAA Division I National Championship. The defense gave up just 17 goals in 28 games. The Aztecs had 17 shutout victories; which included 12 in the final 15 games.
  • Suazo played in 27 games and made 21 starts. In 2018 as a freshman, he helped the Aztecs earn third place at the NJCAA Division I National Tournament. He played in 23 games; making 15 starts in the backfield.
