Aztecs Softball Outfielder Elise Muñoz signs to Jarvis Christian University

Pima Community College softball player Elise Muñoz (Salpointe Catholic HS) signed her letter of intent on Tuesday to play at the four-year university level.

Muñoz, a sophomore outfielder, committed to play for Jarvis Christian University, an NAIA school in Hawkins, TX. The Bulldogs play in the Red River Conference.
Muñoz batted .415 last season with 12 RBIs, 18 walks, seven doubles and eight stolen bases. She also produced a fielding percentage of .867.

She will play her sophomore season with the Aztecs as they begin the 2023 season playing in the College of Southern Nevada Kickoff Classic on Jan. 27 in Las Vegas, NV.
