Aztecs track & field brings in Campo Verde sprinter McLeod

Campo Verde High School sprinter Haylee McLeod signed her letter of intent to compete for the Aztecs track & field team. The Pima Community College track & field program added more speed on the women's side.

The Aztecs signed Haylee McLeod, a sprinter from Campo Verde High School.
McLeod set a personal-record in the 60 meter sprint this season with a time of 8.37 seconds. She set a personal-best in the 200 meters as a junior with a time of 25.83. She also set a PR in the 100 meter race at 12.70 in her sophomore year.
Coach's Quote: "Haylee will be a great addition to our team. She will round out our women's sprinter group," Pima interim track & field head coach Chad Harrison said. "She comes to us from Campo Verde High School and brings a wealth of sprinting experience."
