The Pima Community College men's soccer team (8-0, 2-0 in ACCAC) remained undefeated after Tuesday's ACCAC conference match against Glendale Community College (3-5, 2-2) at the West Campus Aztec Soccer Field.
- The No. 1 ranked Aztecs defeated the Gauchos 3-0 earning their sixth shutout win of the season. The Aztecs have outscored their opponents this season 45-2 up to this point.
- Freshman Jacob Garcia (Walden Grove HS) assisted in the first two goals. He found sophomore Francisco Manzo (Salpointe Catholic HS) on a cross-pass for the goal in the 8th minute.
- Garcia distributed another cross-pass to sophomore Ulysses Torres (Sunnyside HS) for the goal to make it 2-0 in the 28th minute.
- Sophomore Manuel Quiroz (Sunny8side HS) added another insurance goal with his penalty kick goal in the 44th minute.
- The Aztecs finished with 12 shots on goal. Sophomore Juan Suarez (Desert View HS) finished with four saves.
- The Aztecs will be back at the West Campus Aztec Soccer Field on Saturday when they host Mesa Community College at 7:00 p.m.
