Aztecs women's golf remain in 14th after day three at NJCAA Nationals

The Pima Community College women's golf team still sit in 14th place after the third round of the NJCAA National Championship on Wednesday at the Longbow Golf Course in Mesa.

The Aztecs shot a team score of 373 on the day and have a three-day total of 1117 (370-374-373).

Paige Valles (Catalina Foothills HS) finished the day with an 84. She is tied for 34th place with a total of 250 (83-83-84). Rachel Blount (Sahuaro HS) closed out her round shooting a 93 which puts her tied for 65th with a 272 (88-91-93). Carley Nelson (Marana HS) shot a 100 and has a total of 295 (97-98-100) while Casey Morinelli (Mountain View HS) has a total of 308 (102-102-104). Jessica Nordby (Walden Groove HS) shot her best round of the tournament with a 96. She has a three-day total of 312 (107-109-96).

The final round of the NJCAA National Championship will be tomorrow.
