Aztecs Women's Golf takes third place at Estrella Mountain CC Invitational

The Pima Community College women's golf team closed out its third tournament of the season on Monday at the Estrella Mountain CC Invitational.

• The Aztecs finished in third place in the final team standings with a two-day score of 732 (360-372). They finished 25-strokes behind Estrella Mountain Community College for second place. Mesa Community College took first place with 669 (329-340).
• Sophomore Myranda Moreno (Tucson Magnet HS) was the top finisher for the Aztecs as she placed eighth with a score of 176 (84-92).
• Freshman Brooklin Montoya finished in 10^th place with a score of 181 (90-91).
• Freshman Arianna Rel closed out the tournament with a 186 (90-96) while sophomore Kayley Yanez (Marana HS) shot a 189 (96-93).

The Aztecs will host the Pima CC Invitational from March 26-27 at The Preserve Golf Club in Tucson. Teams will begin to tee off at 12:30 p.m.
