The Pima Community College women's soccer team (3-2, 3-2 in ACCAC) played extra minutes on the road on Tuesday but fell short in the end.
The No. 9 ranked Aztecs lost in double overtime 1-0 to Scottsdale Community College (4-0, 4-0). The Artichokes scored in the 104th minute to end it.
The Aztecs outshot the Artichokes 14-6 for the game and sophomore goalkeeper Daniela Sanchez (Sabino HS) had five saves.
The Aztecs will look to bounce back at Kino North Grandstand on Thursday against GateWay Community College. The game starts at 7:00 p.m.
