Men's Basketball gets No. 9 seed; Women's Basketball earns at-large bid, named No. 13 seed for the NJCAA Division II National Tournaments

The Pima Community College men's and women's basketball teams will be part of the madness as both teams discovered what seeds they would be for their respected NJCAA Division II National Tournaments.

• The Aztecs men's basketball team will be the No. 9 seed for their tournament held at the Mary Miller Center in Danville, IL. They will play No. 8 Des Moines Area Community College (IA) on Tuesday, Mar. 19. Game time is set for 1:00 p.m. (EST); 11:00 a.m. Tucson time.
• The Aztecs women's basketball team received an at-large bid and will be the No. 13 seed for their tournament held at the Leggett & Platt Athletic Center in Joplin, MO. They open tournament play on Monday, Mar. 18 against No. 20 Coastal Alabama Community College – North. Game time is set for 9:00 a.m. (EST); 7:00 a.m. Tucson time.
