Pitcher Moraga signs letter of intent to University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma
Pima Community College baseball pitcher Adam Moraga (Sunnyside HS) signed his letter of intent to play collegiate baseball at the four-year university level.
Moraga, a sophomore, will play for the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, an NAIA program in Chickasha, OK.
He threw a one-hitter in Tuesday's start at Glendale Community College and went into the game with a 5-2 record with a 3.83 ERA. He pitched 54 innings last season, had a 2-6 record with a 3.17 ERA. He had 38 strikeouts and 14 walks.
