Christian Maddox signs to Southern Illinois University

Pima Community College football player Christian Maddox signed his letter of intent to continue on at the four-year university level.

Maddox, a sophomore cornerback, will continue his education and collegiate career at Southern Illinois University, an NCAA Division I program in Carbondale, IL.

Maddox recorded 36 total tackles with 2.5 tackles-for-loss, two interceptions and one forced fumble.

Maddox and his brothers, Aaron and Brandon, all played for Pima and signed NCAA Division I scholarships. Aaron Maddox played at the University of Colorado in 2018 and Brandon Maddox signed his letter of intent to Vanderbilt University.
