All-Conference defensive back Lawrence signs to Central Methodist University

Pima Community College football player Tommy Lawrence (Mountain View HS) signed his national letter of intent on Tuesday to continue his education and collegiate career at the four-year university level.

Lawrence, a 6-foot-2, 200-pound defensive back, signed to play at Central Methodist University, an NAIA school in Fayette, MO. The Eagles play in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.

Lawrence was named All-ACCAC Honorable Mention after he posted over 60 tackles with three forced fumbles and three interceptions last season. He played for Eastern Arizona College during the 2016 season.
