Wierman takes 11th place at Scottsdale Invitational

The Pima Community College men's golf team closed out play at the Scottsdale Invitational on Tuesday at the Hillcrest Golf Club in Sun City.

• Sophomore Connor Wierman (Ironwood Ridge HS) shot a 1-over par 73 on the day and finished in 11^th place with a total of 145 (72-73).
• Freshman Andrew Rivas (Canyon del Oro HS) closed out his day with a two-day total of 161 (79-82) while sophomore Jackson Williams (Ironwood Ridge HS) shot a 187 (94-93).
• The Aztecs will play in the Glendale Invitational on March 16-17 at the Corte Bella Golf Club in Sun City.
