Aztec Men's Soccer Get Shut Out at Phoenix College

The Pima Community College men's soccer team (10-2-1, 10-2-1 in ACCAC) struggled on the road at Phoenix College (6-7, 6-7) on Saturday.

The No. 7 ranked Aztecs were shut out 4-0 as they suffered their first loss since Sept. 3. They had gone 7-0-1 in their last eight games.

The Aztecs trailed the Bears 2-0 after the first half while sophomore goalkeeper Taylor Anderson finished with six saves.

The Aztecs and the Bears split the regular season head-to-head series as Pima won 2-1 at the Kino North Grandstand in August.

The Aztecs will return home to Kino North Stadium on Tuesday when they host Yavapai College at 4:30 p.m.
