Aztecs men's soccer signs six Southern Arizona/Tucson All-Stars for 2019

The Pima Community College men's soccer team added eight players to its 2019 recruiting class; six from Southern Arizona and were recognized as first-team players.

The Aztecs signed state champions Adrian Virgen (Midfielder, Sunnyside HS), Ulysses Torres (Midfielder, Sunnyside HS), and Estevan Manzo (Midfielder, Salpointe Catholic HS). They also inked Samuel Lossou (Forward, Rincon/University HS), Javi Martinez (Midfielder, Tucson HS), and Emmanuel Leon (Midfielder, Tucson HS).
Virgen, Torres, Manzo, Lossou and Martinez were selected first team Southern Arizona Boys Soccer All-Stars on AllSportsTucson.com. Martinez was selected MVP of the 6A Boys Soccer All-Stars. Leon was named to the 6A Tucson All-Stars list.
The Aztecs also signed Christian De Los Rios, a defender from Tolleson High School and Luis Huerta, a midfielder from Casa Grande High School.

The Aztecs were the 2018 NJCAA Division I National Champions. They'll hold their first practice on Aug. 1 and will play their first game at the end of August.
