Pima Community College men’s soccer program produced three NJCAA Division II All-Americans for the second straight year as the teams were released on Tuesday.

The No. 7 seeded Aztecs Men's Soccer team's 2025 season came to an end of Thursday after falling to No. 1 Phoenix College 1-0 in the NJCAA Division II National Tournament semifinal round. The Aztecs made their seventh appearance in the semifinal round in the last 11 years as they went 18-4 this season and went undefeated at the West Campus Aztec Field for the second straight season. The Pima Community College men’s soccer team’s season come to an end on Thursday in the NJCAA Division II Tournament semifinal round.

Flores and Leyva-Miranda score second half goals as Men's Soccer advances to National Semifinals

The Pima Community College men’s soccer team (18-3) is heading back to the NJCAA Division II National Semifinal round for the second straight year.

The No. 7 seeded Aztecs Men's Soccer team earned their 10th shutout win of the season after blanking St. Clair County Community College 3-0. Freshmen Leonel Gutierrez, Sean Ribadeneira and sophomore Nathan Flores all scored goals. The Aztecs are 17-3 and play No. 2 Iowa Lakes Community College to close out Pool B play. The Pima Community College soccer teams found out their seeds on Tuesday in their respected NJCAA Division II National Tournaments in Wichita, KS.

Freshman Leonel Gutierrez (Salpointe Catholic HS) was named ACCAC/Region I, Division II Player of the Year while five Aztecs were selected to the All-ACCAC Conference/All-Region I, Division II teams. Gutierrez as well as sophomores Eythan Mancilla (Sunnyside HS) and Robert Castaneda (Nogales) were selected First Team while sophomore Nathan Flores (Alhambra HS) was named to the Second Team. The Pima Community College men’s soccer team was well represented in the All-ACCAC and All-Region I, Division II teams.

The Pima Community College men’s soccer team (16-2) is heading back to the Region I, Division II Championship round as the Aztecs protected home field on Friday in its game against Glendale Community College (9-4-2).

Sophomore Nathan Flores (Alhambra HS) scored a goal and had an assist and fellow sophomore Jihoon Song also scored a goal as the No. 6 ranked Aztecs Men's Soccer team earned their ninth shutout win with a 2-0 victory at Mesa Community College. The Aztecs closed the regular season at 15-2 overall and 12-2 in ACCAC conference play. The Pima Community College men’s soccer team (15-2, 12-2 in ACCAC) closed out its portion of the regular season on Saturday at Mesa Community College (4-6-4, 3-6-4).

Sophomore Lae Soe was one of three goal scorers while fellow sophomore Eythan Mancilla (Sunnyside HS) finished with two assists as the No. 6 ranked Aztecs Men's Soccer team earned their eighth shutout win after beating Scottsdale Community college 4-0. The Pima Community College men’s soccer team (14-2, 11-2 in ACCAC) played its final regular season home game on Tuesday as it hosted Scottsdale Community College (7-5-1, 7-4-1) at the West Campus Aztec Field.

Sophomore Alejandro Mina scored two goals and freshman Diegoctavio Garcia Yanez added an insurance goal as the No. 4 ranked Aztecs Men's Soccer team bounced back with a 4-0 win at Paradise Valley Community College. The Pima Community College men’s soccer team (12-1, 9-1 in ACCAC) played a rare morning match against GateWay Community College (0-10-2, 0-9-1) on Friday at South Mountain Community College in Phoenix.

Freshman Sean Ribadeneira posted a hat-trick in the first half while freshman Wei Wei Mannos was one of seven total goal scorers for the No. 4 ranked Aztecs as they defeated Chandler-Gilbert Community College 9-1 to win their ninth straight game.
