The Pima Community College women’s golf team closed out the regular season on Monday at the Chandler-Gilbert CC Invitational held at the Las Colinas Golf Club in Queen Creek.

The Pima Community College women’s golf team competed in its fifth tournament of the season on Tuesday and Wednesday at the South Mountain CC Invitational held at the Cave Creek Golf Course in Phoenix.

The Aztecs Women's Golf team hosted the Pima CC Invitational on Tuesday and Wednesday at The Preserve Golf Club. Sophomore Kayley Yanez was the top finisher for the Aztecs as she took seventh place with a score of 130 (45-85) in 27 holes played. The Pima Community College women’s golf team closed out its fourth tournament of the season Tuesday as it hosted the Pima CC Invitational at The Preserve Golf Club.

The Pima Community College women’s golf team closed out its third tournament of the season on Monday at the Estrella Mountain CC Invitational.

Sophomore Myranda Moreno (165-81-84) and Arianna Rel (167-81-86) earned medalist honors with their fifth and sixth place finishes respectively in the final individual standings as the Aztecs Women's Golf team took second place in the team standings with a 695 (348-347). The Pima Community College women’s golf team competed in its second tournament of the season on Sunday and Monday at the Encanto Golf Course in Phoenix.

Freshman Maud Bartels was the top finisher for the Aztecs as she finished in seventh place with a two-day score of 169 (86-83). The Pima Community College Athletics department set new records with 11 of the 13 teams receiving NJCAA All-Academic recognition and a new school record of 74 student-athletes earning All-Academic distinction.

Sophomore women's golfer Maria Harrouch signed her letter of intent to play at the University of Colorado starting in the fall. Harrouch was a two-time NJCAA All-American, two-time All-ACCAC and All-Region golfer and won six straight tournament this season, which included the NJCAA Southwest District Tournament crown. Pima Community College standout women’s golfer Maria Harrouch will continue her education and collegiate career at the NCAA Division I level.

Sophomores Angelica Martinez (Tuvcson Magnet HS) and Maria Harrouch closed out play at the NJCAA Division I National Tournament on Friday in Garden City, Kansas. Harrouch tied for 16th place and is now a two-time NJCAA All-American as she tied for 16th place with a 311 (75-76-80-80). Martinez tied for 44th place with a 328 (80-80-80-88). The Pima Community College women’s golf team closed out the 2023 season on Friday as it completed play at the NJCAA Division I National Tournament.

Aztecs women's golf sophomores Maria Harrouch and Angelica Martinez (Tucson Magnet HS) completed the third round of play at the NJCAA Division I National Championships.
